Required:
# Experience 1-4 years in testing
# Good grasp of the QA process and the standard Software Development Lifecycle
# Good exposure to creation and execution of testcases
# Good exposure and understanding of the use of a Test Case Matrix
# Good reporting and documentation skills
# Good analytical skills
# Good oral and written communication
# Ability to work independently
# Flexible and able to work with a distributed team
# Ability to recognize issues/risks and escalate in timely fashion
# Able to adher meticulously to technical standards and methodologies
# Passion for work and dedication
# Knowledge of automatated testing and scripting languages
# Knowledge of IVR/Telecom and biometric domains
# Knowledge of XML and XML technologies.
