The candidates needs to have:
# Extensive experience with object oriented RIA applications using ActionScript 2.0, 3.0, and Flex. Interaction with .Net web services, Javascript, ASP, ASP.NET, AJAX, XML, CSS
# Extensive experience using ActionScript 2.0 to interact and control graphical Flash elements such as MovieClips and Buttons, Dynamically attaching/loading graphical elements from Library
# Experience with some 3rd party classes built for ActionScript 2.0, such as XFactor Studio’s XPath.
# Understanding of localization concepts is required
# Understanding of Adobe’s security policies for Flash player
# Experience with SWFObject Javascript class
# Good understanding of SDLC.
# Experience in eCommerce industry is plus.
