Colruyt India is a part of Colruyt IT services. It maintains the IT infrastructure of all Colruyt Group services including all Colruyt shops. It develops and maintains software applications needed to carry out the sales and maintenance of goods in Colruyt shops.

Designation: Test Engineer

Job Description:
As a test engineer, you
# will perform integration, system and application testing manually
# will perform automated (regression) testing using testing tools like winrunner
# will help in building the technical knowledge of the team
# will have (or will acquire) a very good functional knowledge of the applications being tested

Desired Profile:
Mandatory Skill Set:
# Creation of test cases for black box testing, manual and automated testing
# Hands on experience in Winrunner / Loadrunner (other testing tools) testing Java based Applications
# Must have experience on various Testing Tools for Performance Testing, Load Testing, System Testing and Regression Testing.
# Have knowledge about basic database concepts and should be able to execute basic SQL commands.
# High Analytical ability
# Structured and Methodical
# Business Understanding
# Immune to stress, client-friendly and team-player
# Precise, inquisitive, result-oriented, practical and constructive
# Good verbal and written communication skills
# Effective communications with all levels of internal and external customers and staff.

Preferable Skill Set:
# Experience with relational databases and SQL.
# Knowledge of programming and programming errors
# Experience in java based applications both web-based/standalone testing
# Knowledge of Retail Domain
