Job Description: Assists in providing technical support for one or many product(s) and/or product family. Responsibilities may include: participating in new product development, representing the customers technical needs, creating competitive analysis from a technical perspective, developing and presenting technical product training materials. Works with the sales team to help resolve customers technical questions, participates in customers visits, and presentations. Owns creation and maintenance of data sheets and application notes. Individuals act as technical experts, consultants, analysts, and program managers. Responds to customer and/or client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.

Qualifications: You should possess a relevant educational qualification with strong background in software development.
Additional qualifications include:
# Excellent speaking and/or writing skills
# Excellent Windows* OS knowledge
# Strong ability to multitask
# Experience with C and/or C++ and other languages
# Experience in developing n-tier applications would be an added advantage
# Familiarity with Intel? Software tools, including VTune(TM), compilers, libraries, other tools and knowledge of Intel? Xeon(TM) , Intel? EM64T and Itanium? 2 processor architecture would be an added advantage
# Gaming program development or software performance optimization experience would be an added advantage
