# Over 4 years of Industrial experience in Requirement analysis, design, development, and application deployment of large scale Java centric enterprise application systems.
# Over 2.5 years of experience in Pega/PRPC application development.
# Experience in J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), Oracle and/or DB2 and MS/SQL
# Experience in Websphere or Weblogic Application Server and Tomcat
# Strong OO experience
# Excellent Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Team mentoring and Extensive client interaction
# Industry domain expertise in the BFSI space is a plus

Senior Software Engineer:
# Over 3 years of experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment of large scale Java centric enterprise application systems.
# Over 1.5 year of experience in Pega/PRPC application development.
# Experience in J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), Oracle and/or DB2 and MS/SQL
# Experience in Websphere or Weblogic Application Server and Tomcat
# Strong OO experience
# Excellent Communication, Interpersonal Skills and client interaction

Software Engineer:
# Minimum 2 Years of experience in Java/J2EE based System.
# Around 1 year of experience in Pega/PRPC application development.
# Experience in Tomcat or Websphere or Weblogic
# Experience in Oracle or MS/SQL and knowledge on basic RDBMS concept
