Oracle Application Professionals:
The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of experience
Should have been Involved in at least of  2 full cycle implementations .
Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Technical Consultants:
Candidate should be proficient with PL/SQL , Reports . Interfaces , Forms , Workflow Builder , Conversions and Customization
Ideal Candidate should have worked on any of the following tracks:
Oracle Financials – GL , AP , AR , FA , CM
Oracle SCM – PO , OM , INV , WIP , BOM
Oracle CRM – Any CRM Modules
Oracle HRMS – PayRoll , Self Service , CoreHR
Discoverer / XML publisher / Workflow
BPEL / SOA
Oracle Applications Framework

Functional Consultants:
Candidates should have 3-5 years of domain experience with hands on experience in any of the following tracks :
Oracle Financials
Oracle HRMS
Oracle CRM
Oracle SCM / Manufacturing

Oracle Applications DBA:
Candidate should have 3-6 years of relevant experience as Apps DBA working in large environment with excellent trouble shooting and client management skills..
