Recruitment For Executive – Analytics

Job Description:

• Populating and managing existing Databases.
• Creating and updating presentations based on existing research and ideas.
• Interacting with Operations team.
• Contribute to written research reports.
• Using specific/relevant statistical measures to arrive at meaningful results.
• Keeping relevant people informed of activities and development.
• Creating Industry Talent Pool Reports
• Creating Monthly Recruitment Analytics Reports
• Creating Custom Talent Pool Reports
• Building new statistical models for analysis of Test and Recruitment data

Desired Profile:

• Any graduate with working knowledge of statistics.
• Good quantitative/numeric, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Advanced Excel spreadsheet and presentation formatting skills (PowerPoint)
• Possess awareness on statistical tools
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken English
