Essentially candidates should have:

  • Good analytical skills
  • Good knowledge of JAVA, J2EE
  • Good knowledge of architecture applicable and the design of those applications.
  • Good knowledge of design patterns.
  • Good knowledge of relational Database Oracle preferred.
  • Exposure to JSP, Servlets, EJB, STRUTS
  • Excellent communication must
